Returns and Claims

If you wish to return your order, please contact info@vapecana.com. You will then receive a return label. Each return costs 20 EURO. Note that uncollected packages incur a fee of 20 EURO.

At Vapecana, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused and unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different item, please follow the return procedure. Subject to stock availability, we will ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days of receiving the original item.

Incorrect Deliveries and Missing Items

In case of incorrect deliveries or missing items, contact customer service at info@vapecana.com, and we will assist you within 24 hours on business days.

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period starts from the day you collect or receive the item at the pickup point or the day you receive the delivery in your mailbox. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Vapecana clearly within 14 days. You then have 14 days to return the goods to Vapecana at your own expense. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Products with broken packaging do not have a right of withdrawal, and any shipping costs are borne by the customer. Contact support for all return matters.

If an item has been used more than necessary, Vapecana has the right to make a depreciation deduction that can amount to 100% of the item’s value. 

Items that can quickly deteriorate or become too old.

Items that, due to health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been broken by the consumer.

Refund

Upon verified return, the customer is refunded within 14 days from the time Vapecana receives the notice of your wish to withdraw. However, the refund is always made after the item has been returned and received at our warehouse. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Warranty and Claims

At Vapecana, we want you to be satisfied with your product and recommend that, when possible, you open and inspect your products for damage as soon as you receive them. If you unexpectedly receive a damaged product, contact Vapecana immediately via email at info@vapecana.com.

We do everything to ensure you receive your products in good condition. If you have not received your products, contact us immediately via email at info@vapecana.com or check your email for any notifications regarding the status of your order.

If the product develops a fault during early use, Vapecana will assist you and try to replace it as soon as possible.

Please note that the lifespan of these products is generally longer, but the warranty is reduced as some consumers use the products to different extents, which we trust you understand and appreciate.

Please note that if a product is found to be unusable due to user error after inspection, Vapecana reserves the right not to offer a warranty, and your product will not be refunded.

If you have a valid request under Vapecana’s warranty terms, return the product within 14 days (in good condition, with the original packaging and all accessories included). Refer to your original order.

Also, note that Vapecana does not take responsibility for products sent without tracking. Therefore, we recommend sending back products in a trackable package.

If Vapecana has sent a replacement product under warranty without receiving your return of the unusable products, we reserve the right to charge you, the consumer, the price of the product.

Applicable Law and Disputes

Vapecana reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for improper use of the Web or for non-compliance with the Conditions of Use.

The relationship between Vapecana and the USER will be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain). However, it is always in the interest of Vapecana to try to resolve any conflict amicably.
